All testing, sequencing and data-analysis services of this company are for scientific research only and do not constitute clinical diagnosis, treatment advice or efficacy claims. Any medical testing conclusions for human subjects must be issued by clinically qualified institutions.
Factors affecting project timelines
Standard timelines assume routine samples and mature methods. Timelines may be extended by: failed sample QC requiring resampling, new-analyte method development, extreme sample volumes, or holiday scheduling. Any change is communicated in writing at the earliest opportunity—never silently delayed.
Sample-responsibility boundaries
Please strictly follow the Sample Collection Guide before shipping. For data-quality issues caused by improper collection, storage or transport (repeated freeze-thaw, degradation, contamination), we will issue a clear explanation and negotiate a remediation plan, but we do not assume extended liability beyond the loss of the samples themselves.
Data security and confidentiality
Project data is confidential by default: it is never disclosed to third parties without written permission and never used in our other projects. Data is stored on the OmicsHub cloud platform; backups are retained for the agreed period after delivery and can be permanently deleted upon request at expiry.

Information on this site regarding expert backgrounds and instrument-platform lists is company self-disclosure, which we proactively label as such, and we support independent verification through on-site visits, document checks and pilot experiments. Business-registration information (establishment date, registered capital, addresses, etc.) is subject to the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System.
