## 시료 요구량

 SAMPLE REQUIREMENTS 혈청 / 혈장 50 μL 조직 30 mg 세포 1–5 × 10⁶ 세포 분변 / 장 내용물 신선 100 mg / 동결건조 20 mg 소변 50 μL 엑소좀 50 μL 반복수: 세포 / 미생물 시료는 그룹당 6반복 이상, 동물 시료는 그룹당 10개체 이상, 임상 시료는 그룹당 50명 이상으로 하며 포함 기준을 엄격하게 관리합니다. 실험군과 대조군은 채취 부위, 채취 시점, 처리 조건을 동일하게 유지해야 합니다. 발송 안내: 혈청/혈장, 각종 조직, 분변 및 장 내용물, 소변, 타액, 세포 / 세포 배양액 등 다양한 시료에 적용됩니다. 권장량은 1회 실험 기준이므로 2–3배로 발송해 주세요. 조직 시료는 그룹 간 채취 부위를 동일하게 유지하고, 드라이아이스 또는 콜드체인으로 발송해 주세요.

T-test 막대그래프 모든 대사물질을 p-value 오름차순으로 정렬했으며, 그룹별 막대는 그룹 평균 ± SD를 나타내고 막대 옆에 p-value를 표기했습니다. 계층적 군집화 히트맵 모든 대사물질의 Z-score 정규화 풍부도 패턴으로, 행은 계층적 군집화로 정렬했습니다. 빨간색은 높은 풍부도, 파란색은 낮은 풍부도를 의미합니다. 질환 연관성 막대그래프 HMDB 등 데이터베이스에서 수집한 대사물질–질환 연관 정보를 연관 대사물질 수 기준으로 정렬했습니다. 대사물질 풍부도 분석 그룹 간 유의하게 차이나는 대사물질을 패싯 박스플롯으로 나타냈으며, 그룹 간 비교는 Welch's t-test로 수행했습니다. 막대그래프 분석 차이 대사물질을 시료별 막대그래프로 나타내 그룹 간 차이와 개체별 분산을 시각화했습니다.

 How long does a Sugars Panel project take? Mature targeted panels typically take 1-3 weeks; untargeted projects take 2-4 weeks (counted from sample receipt and QC approval). The exact timeline is confirmed in writing before project start, and progress is trackable on the OmicsHub cloud platform. What if my sample amount is below the recommendation? Please do not dilute your samples. Low-input samples can often be accommodated by adjusting the preparation workflow — tell us the actual amount and our technical team will assess feasibility and note adjustments in the study plan. Can I add targets to an existing panel? Yes. Mature panels support on-demand additions; novel analytes outside the list can be implemented through custom method development (requires standards and extra validation time) — see our Custom Targeted Metabolomics service. What samples do you need for Sugars Panel? Serum/plasma ≥100 μL (fasting, no haemolysis), tissue ≥50 mg (snap-frozen), cells ≥1×10⁶ (medium washed off), urine ≥200 μL.
