## 시료 요구사항

 SAMPLE REQUIREMENTS 혈청 / 혈장 50 μL 조직 30 mg 세포 1–5 × 10⁶ cells 분변 / 장 내용물 100 mg(생중량) / 20 mg(동결건조) 소변 50 μL 엑소좀 50 μL 반복 수: 세포 / 미생물 시료는 그룹당 6회 이상, 동물 시료는 그룹당 10회 이상, 임상 시료는 엄격히 통제된 포함 기준으로 그룹당 50회 이상 반복합니다. 실험군과 대조군 간에 채취 부위, 시점 및 처리 조건이 일관되어야 합니다. 배송 안내: 혈청/혈장, 각종 조직, 분변 및 장 내용물, 소변, 타액, 세포 / 세포 배양액 등에 적용됩니다. 권장량은 1회 실험 기준이므로 권장량의 2–3배를 보내 주십시오. 조직 시료는 그룹 간 채취 부위를 일관되게 유지하고, 드라이아이스 또는 콜드체인으로 발송해 주십시오.

T-test 막대그래프 모든 대사물질을 p-value 오름차순으로 정렬한 그림으로, 그룹별 막대는 그룹 평균 ± SD를 나타내며 p-value는 막대 옆에 표기됩니다. 계층적 클러스터링 히트맵 모든 대사물질의 Z-score 정규화 함량 패턴을 나타낸 그림으로, 행은 계층적 클러스터링 순서로 배열되며 붉은색은 높은 함량, 푸른색은 낮은 함량을 의미합니다. 질병 연관성 막대그래프 HMDB 등 데이터베이스에서 발굴한 대사물질–질병 연관 정보를 연관 대사물질 수 기준으로 정렬한 결과입니다. 대사물질 함량 분석 그룹 간 유의하게 다른 대사물질의 패널별 박스플롯으로, 그룹 간 비교는 Welch's t-test로 수행했습니다. 막대그래프 분석 차등 대사물질의 시료별 막대그래프로, 그룹 간 차이와 개별 시료의 분산을 시각화했습니다.

Please do not dilute your samples.
