We are a technology-driven multi-omics service team: metabolomics, metabolic flux & isotope tracing, DIA proteomics, sequencing and molecular-cell assays — the full chain from bench to data interpretation, in house. ### Mass Spectrometry Technician

 Shanghai · Laboratory · Full-time 
 
 

#### Responsibilities

 
- Run daily sample preparation, LC-MS / GC-MS acquisition and data export
- Perform sample QC following SOPs, plus instrument maintenance, calibration and first-line troubleshooting
- Support project progress tracking, re-runs and experiment records 
 

#### Requirements

 
- BSc or above in analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, biotechnology or related fields
- Solid understanding of chromatography and mass spectrometry; hands-on LC-MS or GC-MS experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and reliable, comfortable with multiple parallel projects 
 
 
 
 

### Bioinformatics Analyst

 Shanghai · R&D · Full-time 
 
 

#### Responsibilities

 
- Run standard analysis pipelines for metabolomics, proteomics and transcriptomics projects and deliver results
- Carry out differential analysis, pathway enrichment, multi-omics integration and figure production
- Coordinate with the lab on data quality and contribute to pipeline and documentation improvements 
 

#### Requirements

 
- MSc or above in bioinformatics, statistics, biology or related fields
- Comfortable with Linux and R or Python; familiar with common omics tools and databases
- Project experience in metabolomics or proteomics and ability to read methodology literature preferred 
 
 
 
 

### Sales Engineer

 Shanghai / regional · Sales · Full-time 
 
 

#### Responsibilities

 
- Sell multi-omics services to universities, hospitals, institutes and industry clients in the assigned territory
- Work with the technical team on study design and quotations
- Maintain client relationships, follow up payments and meet sales targets 
 

#### Requirements

 
- Background in biology, medicine, chemistry or related fields, BSc or above
- Experience in research services, reagents or instrument sales preferred
- Clear communicator, willing to travel and able to develop clients independently 
 
 
 
 

### Regional Manager

 Regional · Sales management · Full-time 
 
 

#### Responsibilities

 
- Own regional business planning, team building and revenue targets
- Manage and coach sales engineers and build the regional client and channel network
- Collect market and competitor intelligence and feed product and pricing suggestions back 
 

#### Requirements

 
- Life-science background, BSc or above, 3+ years in research-service sales
- Team management experience with a record of setting and hitting targets
- Strong market judgement and commercial negotiation skills 
 
 
 
 

### Scientific Support Specialist

 Shanghai · Marketing & scientific affairs · Full-time 
 
 

#### Responsibilities

 
- Lead pre-sales technical discussions, proposal writing and study feasibility assessment
- Support clients with data interpretation and technical communication during manuscript submission
- Produce technical materials, application notes and training content for marketing and sales 
 

#### Requirements

 
- Degree in biology, agriculture or medicine; MSc or above preferred
- Familiar with multi-omics technologies and experienced in reading and writing SCI papers
- Clear, logical communicator able to deliver technical proposals and presentations independently
